I thought I might pop the cherry on this one (so to speak) Hi I'm Melody, I'm a SAHM and I'm completely crazy about self sufficiency. I am attempting to build a diverse set of domestic skills that most people look at me like an alien when I mention them, like cheesemaking and canning and making noodles and breads from scratch. I really enjoy it though. I consider myself a realist. Neither a pessimist nor a optimist and I'll apologize in advance that I can be a little emotionally flat and serious- its just how I am though...not broken. Also a tad bit shy. I am a former corporate drone who just became a SAHM and am working through that transition - it's good but hard at the same time.
I have one DD who is almost 3, a great DH, and of course two pit bulls!

Hello - I'm Jen, and I'm a recovering MLM addict!
I'm currently a SAHM/WAHM (which one it is depends on how my day is going!) and own an eBay business selling Venetian glass beads and vintage jewelry. I have two kids, a 7-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old son. Unfortunately, I'm going through a divorce right now, but thankfully my ex is an awesome guy who is helping to make that transition less horrible than it would usually be!

Hi, I'm Cindi. I like long walks on the beach, and... just kidding. LOL um, I love airplanes, my DH & my 19 month DD (not in that order). I'm kind of a crazy cat lady, and I'm ok with that. I'm a SAHM for now, but will be finishing up my degree one of these days hoping to pursue a career in the Aviation industry. I have been described as "crunchy", (which doesn't offend me at all) but I prefer the term Earth-Friendly. And I'm really not that much but tend to think of myself as moderate/middle of the road on most issues (read:boring) lol. Airplanes don't really lend to being ecofriendly though, so I suppose I'm kind of a conundrum? I have considered composting toilets but didn't get much futher than that. I love organic & supporting local farms (I would love to have my own, but thats kind of a pipe dream at this point). I talk way too much, I have insomnia and will probably be on here way too late at night. And I tend to ramble alot.  So happy to be a part of this! |

OK, I could have sworn I posted my intro yesterday, but I'm not seeing it, so I must have done something wrong. That would be shocking. ;-)
I'm another Jen. I have a blended family consisting of one husband and four children (one bio, three bonus) ranging in age from 7 to 17. Between my career in media and the nonstop juggling act that is parenting and managing a household, I am constantly surfing the Interwebz for opportunities to travel, hahaha. My passions include writing, cooking, travel, and being outside, whether it be in the garden or kayaking down a river.

Hallo! I is Tracy. a certified (and certifiable) internet junkie with two kiddos and another on the way. My husband is from India, I'm a homemaker and I love junkie TV shows like Survivor and Top Chef (though we don't have a TV).
Also. I love winter!

I am QueenMary on MLM, but was too lazy to capitalize my name here; hence, the small letters. I am 39 years old, and have two boys, ages 12 and 8. I am a nurse, and I work 2 nights a week. The older I get, the more it takes for me to recover from those nights.
I also love to read, I love chai, and I love court tv shows and Glee.

I'm Sabrina, (DomesticGoddessMama, aka DGM, aka DomesticGoddesscouldyoursnbeanylonger). I'm not going to tell you how old I am or how much I weigh. I'll tell you that I have an amazing hubby and the 2 most beautiful girls I could never have dreamed of having in my life (2 and 2 months). I am currently a SAHM, and before that I did a lot of "finding myself" before realizing that my passion was kids. So, I was a nanny for 7 years before becoming a mama.
I love to write (especially my blog), read (which I rarely do anymore due to my internet addiction), cook, shop, sing & dance (though not simultaneously).
Now...who's your mama? hehehe

Hey! I'm Rachel. I've been married for 6 1/2 years, and have one 2 year old boy, Brayden. No, we don't know if when or if we have more. Yes, he may be an only child. (Can you tell I get asked alot?! ) I work super part time, super early in the morning 2-3 days a week, and get home early enough to still have all day with Brayden...so I'm kinda a wohm, and a sahm I have a small business out of my home making gifts and accessories. I love shopping, espresso, and watching movies. |
