Hi y'all! I am Monica...I remember some of you! I am a mom of three boys, been married for 13 years, and I work nights as a nurse. I am originally from California & I have been here for the LONGEST 6 years of my life  I used to be nuts about discussions boards & then I got too busy & things have changes, so if time warrants or if Jen has interesting stuff that gets me here from FB....maybe I can get back into the swing of things! Hope all my old friends from MLM are well! Jen, I am happy & proud of you! Good luck & I wish you the best in all you do ;D |

Hi all! I was Mom2Mudge on the other site. So happy to have this site now. I am a SAHM with a 4 year old son. I am engaged to a wonderful man named Joe. We are buying a new house right now.....so excited!! We have 2 cats, 2 cockatiels, 2 guinea pigs and a dog - just one big happy family |

I made it! I couldn't stand it. It felt like I was missing out on something.
My name is Carrie and I'm a 37yo mother of 3 girls. My middle daughter is autistic and not verbal. They're 3, 5 and 7. I just filed for a divorce and I'm just trying to get everything figured out. I need to get out of this stupid house and make some new friends.

Hi everyone! I'm so glad to be here (thanks, JennHW). I'm Lisa! I'm so glad to see some folks from the old IM (pitbull, Meg)! Although I consider myself a proud liberal, I truly think that may just be because I'm in Indiana. I'd probably be considered a moderate anywhere else. I live in the Midtown area (Meridian Kessler) with my dh, 2 children (6 yo ds and 4 yo dd), 1 pitbull and 2 fish. I watch almost no TV, except for WordGirl with the youngins. I love to read and I'm fond of Sudoku. I maintain my CPA license and will probably go back to work in the nonprofit sector (my specialty area) in a couple of years. In the meantime, I volunteer for various neighborhood groups, serving as Treasurer and whatever other side projects I can accomplish. Right now my passion is being the best mom I can be. I fail often, but never give up! Did you ever live in Fishers? |

Hey! My name is Amber. I am going to try to get more in the discussions on this site. The "other" site started to feel less personal and I don't want everyone and their mom knowing my business even though I know anyone can read this one...I like the illusion :0) I am SAHM, kind of, I also watch 3 other kids that aren't my own. I have 3 kids and am married to a great man. I also have 1 dog, she is a chihuahua and no she isn't yappy! She is a cool ass dog!

I'm Kirsten. I have two preschool age kids. Married 11 years, several of which have been very difficult due to a variety of health issues, first mine (I have epilepsy) and now his. Because of the epilepsy I can't drive and am very rarely home alone with my kids.
I turned 38 a couple of days ago and my birthday sucked a lot because I spent most of it doped out trying to suppress seizure activity. And my five year old is getting really upset because the Kinect is acting up so I must go. I also like to read and am a trained school librarian and children's librarian, although currently I am a SAHM.

Hello! I'm Gina. What out for a screen name change! I never really liked this one, but didn't ever go through the trouble of changing it! I was married for 5 years and recently divorced. We share 50/50 custody of our 3 1/2 year old daughter. I used to say that I got along with my ex, but found myself constantly telling people how much he makes me crazy! A better phrase - I tolerate my ex for our daughter's sake! She will never know how often I would like to punch him in the face! LOL! I would never BTW! It is still a very strange feeling to not be with him. He was my go-to person from about 19 to 30 years old. I am now learning to take the good with the bad that follows divorce. Trying to be my own go-to person (for now) and grow other relationships. As much as I miss seeing my daughter everyday, I am trying to take advantage of that time for myself.
I've met some amazing women through the other site and am looking forward to continuing those friendships and creating some new ones!
