From what I can surmise, it just reduces your karma. There's no "official" rule about getting banned by having a certain score. I guess it would be a reflection on the community's opinion about the member, though. I don't know, that might be taken into consideration if someone's going to be banned for repeated misbehavior, but I'd imagine that the behavior itself would be the ultimate deciding factor.

I made this graphic for the header flic.kr/p/9j4LY3 I can make something different if we would rather, but I thought we needed some identity instead of stock proboard look.

That's awesome - I love it!!! Thank you so much for putting that together! I'll just need to figure out how to get it put up on the main page - still getting the hang of the admin system.

A "like" button or some kind of affirmation tag would be good. It may not be possible on these boards though.

I love the grapic, It's beautiful & you did a really great job Val! Please don't take this the wrong way, Just curious why you chose a lowecase for the h - it kind of looks like an L to me. Not trying to be negative, just trying to give constructive feedback. There's no way I could do something like that and am impressed with your talent! Thank you so much for contributing it!!!

I like it, lowercase "h" and all (I actually kind of dig that it's lowercase!)

Why lowercase because I wanted it to be less Hoosier more mama but I do see how it read as an L. I might re look at the font selection thanks for pointing that out.

Jen, I think you should change the name to "Hoosier Thinking Mamas". The members (thus far) are smart and courteous and seem to consider the impact of their responses, and I really like that.
