Hello there guys I need help? I work at Lucas Oil Stadium. And I have a friend there too who also work there. Last week after 29 years at her job they decied to let her go. Cause she had to take off work to take care of him. Due to the fact that her husband has been battling cancer for almost a year. She has no income coming in at all no except when we work the Stadium. My husband and I are collecting meals for her for the hoildays and was wondering if anyone would like to help. I understand if no ones wants too. I thought I would take the time to asked. I live on this eastside of Indianapolis. And we will be taking food to her on the 21st of Dec. The sad things is that they are not expecting him to get any better. We are also taking toy doations for her two small grandchildern. One is a boy and he is five and the other is a girl and she is four. My heart goes out to her. I know what she is going threw. My dad is also going threw the samething. Thanks for listening to me. Merry Christmas to all.

Here is what we know as of Saturday. He is now allowed regular food now. My husband and I are providing christmas dinner meal for them we have a Turkey, Taters, Mac-Cheese, and Pumpkin Roll. I"m also going to make Spagetti Sauce with Meat for the Freezer. I do know that he can drink ensure gatoraid and water. As far as helping with food we are wanting stuff that is pre made and in a container that can be frozen and reheated later. We have a couple of items for gifts for the grandchildren already and some other servers are helping with the food and gifts. If you feel uncomfortable with the food idea gift cards to your favorite super center would be great. I do know that there is a Walmart, Target super canter, and Meijer close to her. You can also purchase food that is made. We will galdly take anything that is giving to us. I appericate everything that will be giving. On a great note to end this we found out today that a local company is going to help with her finanical sititiution for a month. Also found out today that he not excepted to live past four weeks. I want to help. I have some chicken on the stove right now that was going to be chicken and noodles...how about some soup? I will do more, if you all continue but this is all I can get done this week. Let me know how to get this to someone, probably Thursday.

As far as I know she is doing ok. I talk to her over the weekend and they are taking things day by day. We almost have everything for a christmas dinner. We are going this weekend to get some gifts for the grandson who is five. We could use some dinner rolls and maybe a pie. I appericate everything that you guys have done for us. We are going to give her the money and gift cards that we recieve from everyone on Sunday at the Colts game and then next Wendesday we are taking her the food that everyone has gave.

I just wanted to give a quick update on my friend I asked for help for. Today we gave her 400 dollors. That is cash and gift cards. On this Wendesday we are delivering the christmas dinner and present for the grandkids. Her husband had a chemo treatment this past Monday and didn't respond well too it. Also we found out that he has a peanut allgeries. So no PEANUT PRODUT PLEASE!!!!!!!!!! Once again thank you to everyone that has help out in this matter. We caught her off gaurd today. She is very thankful for all the help. And we also found out that a local company gave her gift cards and help pay the house payment and bills for this month.
